Antiarrhyfhmics: May cause additive or antagonistic cardiac effects and additive toxi-city. Monitor child closely; avoid concomitant use.
Anficholinergics: May cause additive anticholin-ergic effects. Monitor child closely.
Enzyme inducers such as rifampin: May impair disopyramides antiarrhythmic activity. Monitor child closely.
Erythromycin: May increase disopyramide levels, causing arrhythmias and increased QT in-tervals. Monitor child closely.
Insulin, oral antidiabetics: May cause additive hy-poglycemia. Monitor serum glucose levels.
Warfarin: May potentiate anticoagulant effects. Monitor INR. |
